On the Line Australia is a 24/7 national provider of suicide prevention, mental health, and counselling services. This Privacy Policy explains how On the Line Australia complies with the relevant Australian Federal, State and Territory Acts and Legislation in relation to the collection, use, disclosure and handling of your personal information. This Policy does not apply to the collection or use of information about corporations. The Policy goes into details on the type of information we collect (e.g. personal information, health information), how we collect the information (e.g. during phone counselling session, visiting the website, other transactions), how we use the information (e.g. provide our service to you, understand your needs), as well as disclosure, marketing and storage.


Terms of Service

SuicideLine Victoria counselling service is for Victorians aged 15 years and older who are impacted by suicide. This includes people who are considering suicide or self-harm, bereaved by suicide, concerned about someone who may be at risk, or anyone experiencing mental health issues. You can access phone counselling, web chat counselling, and appointment-based video counselling. Note that you must be 18 years and older for video chat.
